The new family of wool pads is compatible with the random orbital and roto-eccentric polishers of the Bigfoot family. The pad is constructed with 100% natural wool fibers woven onto a polyester back fabric. Strict quality control of the wool fibers is carried out throughout the production process, to ensure high quality consistency.

The blue sponge of the Coarse wool pad is stiffer and denser, which maximizes the energy transfer generated by the movement of the polisher, increasing the cutting capacity. The yellow sponge of the Medium wool pad is more flexible, to increase control on curved surfaces and profiles, and at the same time to ensure a softer support that increases the level of finish.

All Coarse wool pads are constructed using two distinct lengths of wool fibers, which creates a double density wool surface and a specific geometric pattern. This detail is more than an aesthetic detail, this configuration in fact guarantees a great balance between the cutting capacity and the level of finish achieved, compared to a more traditional wool pad or a pad where only one length is used for the fibers.

RECOMMENDED ABRASIVE PASTES

Coarse or Medium (Zephir or Quarz) abrasive pastes are recommended when the Coarse wool pad is used with random orbital polishers such as LHR15 and LHR21.
Mille Coarse abrasive paste is recommended when the pad is in Coarse wool is used with the Mille roto-eccentric polisher.
