SD1 IRON THIXO RAPID

SD1 Iron Thixo Rapid by Innovacar is a decontaminant for fast setting ferrous residues with cleaning effects that lead it to be used also as maintenance shampoo .

The main peculiarities of this product are:

• Decontaminates ferrous residues : it is suitable for treating all ferrous residues such as brake disc particles, traffic film, acid rain and molecules that settle near railways and steel mills.
  
  
• Thixotropic function : it is a specific effect that allows the product to transform from gel to fluid and once on the surface, thicken and cling. Once applied to the surface it adheres more making it able to act for longer and suitable for working better on vertical surfaces (sides and rims).
  
  
• Slow drying : thanks to its concentration and greater dilution capacity, it dries slower than D1 Iron, making it even more effective.
  
  
• Maintenance shampoo : it is the perfect solution to be used in washing and therefore as a car purifying shampoo to be used approximately every 4 cleaning cycles.
  
  
• Fast in decontamination : SD1 is the fastest acting ferrous decontaminant in the Innovacar line.
  
  
• Descaler : has a secondary action of eliminating traces of limescale making it particularly suitable also for this type of decontamination.
  
  Dilutions:
  
  

  ° To treat surfaces contaminated by iron particles only : dilute up to 1: 4, i.e. use at least 200 ml of product and fill the remaining part with water (800 ml) to obtain 1 L of ready-to-use solution.

  ° If used as maintenance or shampoo foam : dilute 1:50, i.e. use 20 ml of product and fill the remaining part with water (980 ml) to obtain 1 L of ready-to-use solution .

  ° If applied with a foam lance or foam gun, the dilution ranges from pure to 1: 8, i.e. use at least 100 ml of product and fill the remaining part with water (900 ml) to obtain 1 L of ready-to-use solution . In dispensing, the real final dilution can reach approximately from 1:15 to 1: 135.

  
  
  Average consumption : 150 ml per machine as decontaminant, 20 ml per machine as shampoo.
  

How to use an iron shampoo and decontaminant like SD1 Iron Thixo Rapid on rims:

Before washing we recommend spraying the product on the rims. In case of significant contamination, you can use a brush to apply it.
Leave the product to act for 3 to 5 minutes until the product has reacted by changing the color to purple.
In case of significant contamination, to ensure that the product continues to work for longer, we recommend wetting it to give it new life and prevent it from drying out too much.
Rinse with plenty of water.
You can now choose to proceed with the decontamination of the bodywork.

How to use an iron shampoo and decontaminant like SD1 Iron Thixo Rapid on bodywork and glass:

Spray the product on the bodywork and windows. In case of significant contamination, you can help yourself with the application using a brush or a glove.
Leave the product to act for 3 to 5 minutes until the product has reacted by changing the color to purple.
In case of significant contamination, in order for the product to continue working for longer, we recommend wetting it to give it new life and prevent it from drying out too much.
Rinse with plenty of water.

How to use an iron shampoo and decontaminant like SD1 Iron Thixo Rapid as an iron decontaminant shampoo:

It is recommended to apply it every 4 washing cycles to purify the surface.
Proceed with the application of the product using it as an iron decontaminating shampoo, with the appropriate dilutions, applying it on the entire surface of the car according to the chosen method of use.
Wait 1 to 3 minutes and rinse thoroughly.
After this step, in case of significant decontamination and ferrous residues persist, it is possible to apply the product with the dilutions for extraordinary decontamination directly on the residues.
