How to wash the car with Waterless products?
WHAT IS A WATERLESS PRODUCT
A waterless car wash is a pre-blended product with high lubricity that is used to carefully clean any dry dirt or grime. Waterless Wash should only be used on previously treated vehicles with light dirt build-up. They are a quick way to clean your vehicle after a trip, or at a competition, or simply if you don't have running water available.
How to use Waterless products
Fold your towel in 4, so that you have 8 usable sides.
Starting from the top of the vehicle (the cleanest part), spray a panel generously with the Fraber LustraDry . The size of the panel depends on how large the area to be treated is, spray and dry before it dries on its own. In general, half of the roof or half of the hood is the right size to treat.
Spray Fraber LustraDry , also on the cloth and wipe gently in one direction . There is no need to apply a lot of pressure, just to reduce the formation of micro scratches.
Note: If you proceed in a circular motion, you risk cleaning the section just cleaned with the dirt you are cleaning. It is counterproductive.
Pay attention to the cleaning of the cloth. When one side is dirty, switch to a new side. Remember, you have 8 sides to work with and don't just use 1 cloth to do the whole car. Once you have cleaned one section, move on to the next.
Divide your car into sections.
Remember, you always start from the highest part, which is usually the cleanest part.
Roof
Side Windows
Horizontal Panels and Front Hood
Vertical Panels - but only the top, they tend to be cleaner than the bottom.
Front Bumper and Grills
Rear Bumper e Luggage racks, pick up / truck sides.
Lower vertical panels (these are the dirtiest sections of a car).
Finally, the wheels. Important! Don't use the same towel to detail your wheels with the same one you use on the paint! Choose a cloth that you will use "always" and exclusively to detail the rims.
